Job description

Nesco Resource is searching for dynamic and dependable individuals for Assembly/Warehouse positions in the Cleveland, Ohio area. In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks related to the assembly, packaging, and preparation of products for shipment. This is a hands-on position requiring attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities:

  • Perform assembly tasks, including inserting cartridges into product housings and assembling top and bottom components.
  • Actuate devices to ensure proper functionality.
  • Prepare products for packaging, ensuring quality standards are met.
  • Package products manually and utilize machinery to assist with packaging processes as needed.
  • Apply labels and stickers accurately to products.
  • Weigh finished boxes and label them with appropriate shipping information.
  • Palletize packaged items according to established procedures.
  • Organize and prepare items for shipment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, or warehouse environments is a plus.
  • Ability to follow instructions and procedures accurately.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality.
  • Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination.
  • Ability to stand and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
