Assembly Associate - Temporary (2nd Shift)
Location: Newbury, OH
Shift: Monday - Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
We are seeking temporary team members to join our Newbury Assembly team on second shift! The Entry Level Drinking Water and Softener Assembler works under direct supervision to assemble products according to work instructions and production specifications.
Pay :$18 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
  • Learn differences in various drinking water and softener products and their components
  • Develop assembly skills to meet daily production and quality expectations
  • Follow daily production schedules and detailed work instructions
  • Assemble products according to specifications
  • Test assembled products to ensure quality standards are met
  • Package finished products per job instructions
  • Cross-train on multiple product lines
  • Scan work orders to record completion and maintain inventory accuracy
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Communicate with supervisors regarding materials, issues, or questions

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED required, or 1 year of related experience
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Good mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to use hand tools and work with small parts
  • Basic computer skills
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Reliable with a positive and flexible attitude

Physical Requirements & Work Environment:
  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, pushing, and reaching
  • Regular lifting up to 50 lbs; up to 100 lbs with assistance (dolly)
  • Exposure to noise, oil, and varying temperatures
