This type of marketing involves understanding the unique needs of industries that use cast metal components, such as automotive, aerospace, and construction, and creating targeted campaigns to reach potential buyers. Foundry marketers often use a mix of digital marketing, trade shows, industry publications, and direct outreach to build brand awareness and generate leads. Effective foundry marketing helps companies differentiate their products, build relationships with clients, and stay competitive in a global market.

Job description

The Foundry | Build Something From Scratch

The Foundry isn’t a clock-in, clock-out job.

We’re building a high-performance marketing and fundraising organization from the ground up — and we’re looking for competitive, coachable people who want real growth, not just a paycheck.

If you’ve worked in customer service, retail, hospitality, athletics, or any fast-paced environment where performance matters — you already understand pressure, energy, and accountability. We’ll teach you the marketing.

This is an entry-level role with a leadership track. Everyone starts at the foundation. Everyone earns their way up.

Job Description:

  • Represent nationally recognized nonprofit and brand partners in face-to-face campaigns
  • Drive fundraising and customer acquisition results through direct engagement
  • Track and analyze performance metrics weekly
  • Build strong relationships that increase retention and brand loyalty
  • Execute campaigns with precision and high standards
  • Develop leadership skills through hands-on training and mentorship

You won’t be stuck doing one repetitive task. You’ll learn the full business model — sales, recruitment, training, and management — so you understand how growth actually works.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Competitive mindset
  • Strong communication skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Self-motivated with high personal standards
  • Team-oriented but individually accountable
  • Hungry to grow professionally

Experience isn’t required. Coachability and consistency are.

We don’t care if you have a degree. We care if you show up early, stay coachable, and execute.

Our Culture:

The Foundry is built on performance, ownership, and energy.

We believe:

  • You deserve opportunity — but you earn advancement.
  • Results matter, and so does integrity.
  • Growth happens when you’re challenged and supported.

You’ll be surrounded by ambitious people who push each other to get better — while still having fun and celebrating wins together.

Requirements

  • 18+ and eligible to work in the U.S.
  • Able to pass a background check
  • Reliable transportation
  • Full-time availability

  • If you want a role where your growth is tied directly to your performance — apply.
