Location: Montebello, NY, 10901

Position Overview

We are looking for a Chief of Staff to work directly with the Founder and leadership teams across a growing portfolio of healthcare companies. This role is focused on helping turn strategy into execution. The right person will be able to organize priorities, drive accountability, improve communication across teams, and keep important initiatives moving forward. You will act as a central point of coordination between the Founder, executives, operators, and stakeholders. This is not an Executive Assistant position and not a traditional Project Manager role. We are looking for someone who can operate at a high level, think critically, and help leadership teams stay aligned and organized in a fast-paced environment. Healthcare experience is required.

ResponsibilitiesExecutive amp; Founder Support
  • Attend leadership meetings and strategic discussions
  • Turn conversations into actionable next steps with owners and deadlines
  • Prepare executive summaries, briefing materials, and follow-up documentation
  • Help prioritize issues that require Founder involvement
