A fast-paced entertainment management company is seeking a Los Angelesโbased Assistant to support a Co-Founder/Manager. This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented self-starter who thrives in a high-volume environment and demonstrates exceptional communication, organization, and discretion. The Assistant will play a critical role in day-to-day operations, client coordination, and administrative support across multiple projects.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage complex calendars for the Manager and clients; coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings, calls, and appointments.
- Schedule and manage domestic and international travel for the Manager and clients, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and itineraries.
- Draft, send, and track offer letters, submissions, and related correspondence; assist with follow-ups as needed.
- Read, analyze, and provide coverage on scripts and other creative materials; assist with tracking new material and weekend reads.
- Handle day-to-day administrative needs including file organization, record-keeping, project tracking, note-taking, scheduling, and gifting.
- Maintain and update internal tracking grids for new material, submissions, reads, and ongoing projects.
- Assist with improving workflows, maintaining databases, and supporting ad hoc requests as they arise.
Qualifications
- Prior experience at a talent agency or management company required; proven experience supporting high-level talent and executives on a high-volume desk.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; polished and professional demeanor.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Comfortable working efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to interact confidently with clients, executives, and industry partners.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Location: Beverly Hills, CA
Salary: Up to $30-40hour and benefits
