Through our family of wellness brands and corporate wellness partnerships, we help humans achieve human greatness by delivering meaningful experiences that support movement, recovery, education, connection, and overall well-being.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Wellness Operations Manager is a key leadership role responsible for building, managing, and scaling the operational infrastructure behind FX Well Wellness Services events and programs. This teammate will serve as the operational hub connecting provider staffing, event execution, inventory, service standards, quality assurance, and cross-functional communication.

This role directly manages the Wellness Specialist Manager and Event Coordinator and is ideal for a highly organized, self-motivated, solutions-oriented leader who loves events, thrives in a fast-moving environment, and enjoys creating structure within a growing business. The ideal candidate has previous people management experience, strong operations experience, and a passion for delivering high-quality wellness experiences for corporate and community clients.

LOCATION AND HYBRID WORK SCHEDULE

This position is based in the Baltimore-Washington, DC Metro area and follows a hybrid work schedule.

This position follows a hybrid work schedule based on business needs, client activity, event volume, and department priorities. Weekly expectations may include time in the office, onsite support with clients, prospects, or wellness events, and the opportunity to work from home as agreed upon with the supervisor.

The schedule may vary based on seasonality, team needs, client meetings, and the growth of the Wellness Services department. The ideal candidate should be comfortable being in the field regularly to observe events, support quality assurance, understand the client experience, and contribute to strong execution across the team.

WHY JOIN FX WELL

  • Lead the operational foundation behind corporate wellness events, provider networks, and service delivery.
  • Build structure, systems, and standards in a department positioned for continued growth.
  • Join a team culture rooted in accountability, evolution, service, and helping others achieve human greatness.

  • The Wellness Specialist Manager and Event Coordinator have clear workflows, accountability, communication, and support.
  • Provider recruiting, onboarding, activation, retention, and utilization are organized and scalable.
  • The Wellness Services Event Menu is operationally clear, realistic to sell, and consistently deliverable.

Provider Network and Recruiting Support: Partner with the Wellness Specialist Manager to support recruiting, hiring, onboarding, activation, retention, and utilization of 1099 wellness providers. Support the goal of recruiting and onboarding approximately 10-12 new providers per month, based on business needs and event demand.

Event Menu Ownership: Own and maintain the operational structure behind the Wellness Services Event Menu, including activity outlines, educational purpose, provider expectations, supply requirements, setup needs, client expectations, quality standards, and event playbooks for each service offering.

Sales and Cross-Functional Support: Partner with Account Management and Business Development to ensure services are sold accurately and realistically. Provide operational input on feasibility, lead time, provider availability, setup needs, client expectations, risks, and department capacity.

Process Improvement and Scalability: Develop and document SOPs for event operations, provider staffing, supply management, and service delivery. Track recurring operational issues, implement improvements, monitor quality trends, and identify capacity constraints, operational gaps, and future staffing needs.
