What is a foundation wellness professional?

A Foundation Wellness professional typically works within organizations or foundations to promote health and well-being initiatives for employees or the community. Their responsibilities may include designing and implementing wellness programs, organizing health education workshops, and providing resources for physical and mental health. These professionals aim to foster a healthier environment, reduce health risks, and improve overall quality of life. They often collaborate with healthcare providers, fitness experts, and mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive wellness solutions.
