Job description

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a travel job in Portland, Oregon.

Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others? Join Jackson Therapy Partners as a traveling Physical Therapist where you’ll help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
  • Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
  • BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
  • Experience working with a skilled nursing patient population
  • Experience using Nethealth EMR

Assignment Details

  • Schedule: 5 day/wk
  • Patient population/caseload: 55 residents, with approximately 20-30 needing services daily
  • EMR: Nethealth
