Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee all pre-foreclosure processes, ensuring timelines and investor/insurer requirements are met.
  • Coordinate with attorneys, investors, and internal departments to mitigate foreclosure risk and maximize resolution outcomes.
  • Monitor loan files and maintain accurate documentation for compliance and reporting purposes.
  • Analyze accounts for loss mitigation options and recommend appropriate next steps.

Job Requirements:

  • Proficiency in mortgage servicing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • In-depth knowledge of federal and state mortgage regulations (e.g., RESPA, TILA, TRID, ECOA, HMDA, FDCPA, CFPB).
