Agility 360 is searching for a Foreclosure Paralegal for a direct hire position with our law client located in North Wales, PA. You will be responsible for ensuring a smooth running of the office and utilize effective case management skills. The ideal candidate will have previous default servicing experience and must be self-motivated. This is a full-time, on-site position so reliable transportation is a must. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Foreclosure Manager and Attorneys and enhance office efficiency
  • Handle communication with clients, borrowers, etc
  • Conduct investigations and statistical/documentary research
  • Locate and develop case relevant information
  • Draft and file basic legal documents and correspondence
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Maintain up-to-date contact lists
  • Monitor deadlines and navigate multiple calendars

Experience

  • 1 - 3 years of Paralegal experience 
  • Familiarity with law, legal procedures and protocols, and court system
  • Satisfactory knowledge of day-to-day operations of a legal office
  • Working knowledge of case management software
  • Excellent secretarial and organizational skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple activities and work under pressure
  • Prefer experience in BKFS; TEMPO; ADR; DRA
  • Proficient in running PACER and SCRA
  • Communicate with clients and borrowers, and the Courts
  • File pleadings with the Courts
