Foreclosure Post Sales Processor Location Phoenix, Arizona | Onsite Compensation & Schedule • $24.00 per hour • Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM • Full-Time • W2 employment • Start date: TBD Role Impact The Foreclosure Post Sales Processor ensures foreclosure files are accurately finalized and properly conveyed following sale. This role directly supports compliance, loss mitigation, and revenue protection by managing post-sale documentation, disbursements, and title transfers. Success in this position means meeting strict deadlines, maintaining accuracy across multiple states, and ensuring all regulatory and investor guidelines are followed.
