Position Summary
Join the Levy team at the University of Notre Dame! We're looking for dependable, customer-focused team members to support concession operations during football games, sporting events, concerts, and special events.
This is a fast-paced, physically active position. Team members may rotate between cashiering, food service, stocking, cleaning, warehouse support, and event setup based on operational needs.
Essential Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to guests.
  • Operate cash registers and accurately process cash, credit card, and mobile payments.
  • Prepare and serve food while following food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Stock concession stands with food, beverages, and supplies.
  • Assist with warehouse duties, including receiving, organizing, and transporting inventory.
  • Clean concession stands, kitchens, storage rooms, equipment, and guest areas.
  • Sweep, mop, sanitize surfaces, remove trash, and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Assist with opening, closing, event setup, and event breakdown.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and teammates.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements
  • Lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
  • Stand and walk for extended periods (8-12-hour shifts).
  • Frequently bend, kneel, reach, twist, and climb stairs.
  • Work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Work in refrigerated storage areas and warm kitchen environments.
  • Maintain a fast pace during high-volume events.

Qualifications
  • Customer service, food service, hospitality, retail, or warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
  • Friendly, dependable, and team-oriented.
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to learn and take on a variety of responsibilities.

Schedule
