The Indianapolis Colts are seeking eight Game Day Staff Interns to help us run our commercial business game day operations during all Colts home games at Lucas Oil Stadium (August 2026 through end of the regular season: January/February 2027). You will be integrally contributing as a Colts team member, and we will offer you real work experience in the sports industry with hands-on fan engagement and developmental learning opportunities.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Colts Game Day Staff Interns will assist with various efforts of the team's fan engagement at ALL home games. Primary responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
  • Assist with Indianapolis Colts partner activations at home games: set-up/tear down partners' booths within Touchdown Town (pre-game tailgate area) prior to kickoff and within Lucas Oil Stadium throughout the game/post-game.
  • Interact with fans and encourage them to sign up to register to win and/or participate in a game for prizes, Upgrade Your Seats, etc.
  • Ambassador for both the Colts and the Colts corporate partners' which includes answering fan questions in relation to the partner brands.
  • Opportunity to work with other internal departments on various events throughout the season, as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Recent graduate, undergraduate or the equivalent in work experience
  • Live within driving distance of Lucas Oil Stadium
  • REQUIRED to attend all Colts home games during the pre-season and regular season, and post-season games (if applicable). Game dates are as follows:
    • Saturday, August 22 at 1:00pm EDT vs. Atlanta Falcons
    • Saturday, August 29 at 1:00pm EDT vs. Detroit Lions
    • Sunday, September 13 at 1:00pm EDT vs. Baltimore Ravens
    • Sunday, September 27 at 1:00pm EDT vs. Houston Texans
    • Sunday, October 18 at 1:00pm EDT vs. Tennessee Titans
    • Sunday, November 8 at 1:00pm EDT vs. Dallas Cowboys
    • Sunday, November 15 at 1:00pm EDT vs. Miami Dolphins
    • Sunday, November 29 at 1:00pm EDT vs. New York Giants
    • TBD at TBD EDT vs. Cincinnati Bengals
    • TBD at TBD EDT vs. Jacksonville Jaguars
  • Available to work at Lucas Oil Stadium for 6-12 hours on game days
  • Detail oriented, highly motivated, organized, with the ability to multi-task, be flexible and passionate about working in sports
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Available to work nights, weekends and holidays
