I opened my agency in 2018 after serving as a pastor for 17 years, bringing a people-first, values-driven approach into agency ownership. Im married and a proud parent of five children, with one son playing college baseball and the others active in various sports. I was born and raised in Middle Georgia and remain a lifelong resident of Warner Robins. I earned my bachelors degree from Brewton-Parker College and stay active in the Chamber of Commerce. Outside of work, I enjoy golf, working out, and cheering on UGA football Go Dawgs! Our team includes 10 full-time members, and we operate with high standards, strong energy, and a deep commitment to one another.

I remain deeply involved in the local church and proudly support youth and school athletics, including serving as a major sponsor of high school football, baseball, and local youth sports programs. Ryan Lyons - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
  • Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
  • Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
