ABOUT OUR AGENCY
When I opened my agency in 2020, I wanted to create the kind of workplace I would have wanted to be part of—one where relationships come first, people are supported, and everyone has the opportunity to grow. Before becoming an agent, I spent several years with State Farm, including serving as an Agent Coach, where I had the opportunity to help other agents and team members succeed. I'm a Texas native who grew up in Lufkin and graduated from the University of Louisiana Lafayette. Outside of the office, I enjoy giving back to the community by organizing our annual Back to School Bash, volunteering at local events, and officiating youth football games.

You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist clients with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses.

• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
