Your Role in Our Journey
Wine Enthusiast is seeking a Local Delivery Coordinator who can provide assistance to our customers working from our distribution center in South River, NJ. The Coordinator's primary responsibility is to accurately enter customer orders for shipment and provide timely information to our Customer Service and Sales teams.
What You'll Be Uncorking
Key Responsibilities:
  • Enter customer "Door to Door" and "White Glove" orders using the appropriate carrier's website according to Wine Enthusiast's routing guide.
  • Contact multiple carriers to coordinate the pick up schedule for LTL shipments based on volume.
  • Assist with labeling and inspection of all outbound freight.
  • Act as a liaison with both the sales department and customer service departments to facilitate all special order customer requests in order to satisfy client expectations and complete customer cancellations.
  • Enter Business to Business LTL orders as described in each partner's routing specifications. This includes Costco, BBB, Home Depot, Best Buy, etc.
  • Use FedEx Ship Manager to enter Third Party orders and provide daily tracking follow up whenever needed

  • Prior customer service experience
  • Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in high demand environment with minimal supervision
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

This is an on-site, full-time position at our Warehouse location in South River, NJ.

The pay range for this role is:
