We are looking for a seasoned, food-passionate Sales Director to join our leadership team. This is a role for someone who loves the strategy of big-box retail as much as the relationships of the independent grocery world. Your Role and ImpactAs our Director of Sales, you will be the architect of our sales strategy across our three primary hubs in Maryland, Illinois, and South Carolina. You will directly shape and execute the strategic growth of the company by providing the leadership and coaching our regional sales managers need to excel. You will build the systems and strategies that will define the next 45 years of our history.
