Food Runner – The Ice Plant

At The Ice Plant, every detail matters — from the way our cocktails are crafted to how each plate reaches the table. Our Food Runners play a key role in that experience, serving as the vital link between our kitchen and dining room.

The Food Runner ensures that dishes are delivered promptly and accurately, presented with care, and that guests receive the warm, attentive service that defines The Ice Plant. This position supports both servers and kitchen staff, helping to maintain the rhythm of service and uphold our standard of hospitality.

Responsibilities include delivering food to the proper tables, clearing and resetting as needed, assisting with guest requests, and anticipating the needs of both guests and teammates.

In short, the Food Runner helps every part of the restaurant flow — ensuring that our guests experience the quality, craft, and authenticity that make The Ice Plant unique.
