Position Description
The Plant Quality Program Manager is responsible for supporting Data Center customer programs supported by the Rockbridge plant. This position focuses on developing and maintaining critical customer relationships, maintain world-class customer satisfaction, and effective program execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Understand customer needs and communicate requirements internally.
- Partner with Engineering, Quality, Production, Logistics, and Service teams.
- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of Data Center customer programs.
- Maintain documentation including value stream plans and technical files.
- Identify and mitigate program/product risks.
- Coordinate data gathering and analysis including customer scorecards.
- Maintain performance dashboards for Data Center customers.
- Support field service coordination and site repair processes.
- Review contractual quality requests and develop quality implementation plans.
- Drive customer scorecards to green status.
- Participate in monthly quality forums.
- Analyze performance data and propose improvements.
- Review lessons learned and provide feedback to leadership.
Required Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering preferred
- Experience participating in external and internal audits
- Minimum 1-2 years in manufacturing environment
- Experience with ISO 9001:2015.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Proficient in 8D, PDCA, 5-Why, and Cause & Effect tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
