What is an FSQ manager?

An FSQ Manager, or Food Safety and Quality Manager, is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the safety and quality of food products within a company. They develop, implement, and maintain food safety and quality management systems, such as HACCP and GMP, to comply with regulatory standards. Their duties often include conducting audits, training staff, investigating quality issues, and liaising with regulatory bodies.
