We are a Spanish Montessori preschool seeking a highly organized, professional, and bilingual individual to support the daily operations of our school. This position plays a vital role in managing enrollment, communicating with families, and overseeing our school food program.


The ideal candidate is fully bilingual in Spanish and English, with English fluency strong enough to confidently answer phone calls, respond to emails, and conduct virtual tours for prospective families. This individual must be detail-oriented, reliable, warm, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced school environment.

Requirements:
  • Fully bilingual in Spanish and English (English fluency required for answering calls, responding to emails, and conducting virtual tours)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
