Our CNC Programmer - Manufacturing Engineer provides our manufacturing teams with current CNC machine tool programs, develop and implement process improvements, and work with engineering on new design developments. This position is based in Whitewater, WI.
What Youโ€™ll Do:

  • Explore and develop new approaches and processes to increase quality and productivity in the machine shop
  • Program the computer controlled machine shop equipment including but not limited to CNC mills and CNC lathes using Mastercam CAD/CAM software
  • Determine routings based on engineering drawings and specifications. Evaluate engineering drawing with VISI, Inventor, Pro E and other engineering software.
  • Recommend continuous improvement ideas and assist in implementation.

  • Minimum of 5 years of CNC programming and machining experience, 3 years of CAM is preferredย 
  • Hands on experience and knowledge of machining, fabricating, welding, and finishing of metals
  • Proficiency with Mastercam (Version 2020 or higher), AutoCAD, and G-Code programming preferred
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
  • A desire to learn new things, apply what you already know, and never shy away from sharing your opinion to improve a product or process

Pay Range: The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full-time employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location, and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, and certifications.
$78,600 - $98,200 per year. This position is eligible for a bonus incentive plan, based on company and/or individual performance.
