Job description

The Process Engineer drives operational excellence and continuous improvement within the Business Unit. This onsite role manages Daily Management Systems (DMS), enhances equipment reliability, and promotes digital transformation. Responsibilities include analyzing KPIs to prioritize improvements, leading problem-solving and small projects, developing employee capabilities, collaborating across functions, and overseeing capital initiatives.Position Responsibilities • Own Daily Management Systems (DMS) for Business Unit, including the creation and implementation of standards • Leverage technical knowledge of equipment functionality to improve reliability of mechanical, pneumatic, electrical, and hydraulic systems • Develop employee capabilities of systems, standards, and technical understanding • Foster a culture of technological transformation through the use and improvement of digital tools • Analyze data across Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify and prioritize improvement initiatives • Lead small groups in problem solving activities using structured methodologies • Manage small projects independently using appropriate tools within the Conagra Performance System (CPS) • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders (Operations, Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain, Maintenance, etc.) • Lead capital project initiatives for Business Unit • Responsible for providing direct oversight, administering discipline, and ensuring consistent application of policies and procedures across their respective teams.• Other duties as required Position Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience• Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, PowerApps) • Technical knowledge and understanding of manufacturing systems and equipment • Demonstrated leadership, organizational and effective communication skills Relocation assistance is available for this position.
