What’s a typical day as Food Scientist? You’ll be:
  • Providing project leadership in the development and commercialization of new products, product improvement, and cost savings
  • Designing and executing experiments, analyzing data, and making technical recommendations for specific projects
  • Developing process specifications and ensuring accurate knowledge transfer to QA and Operations teams
  • Supporting Operations and QA to resolve ingredient, formula, and process issues, and managing product/process changes
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement new products, equipment, or processes
  • Leading continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product development, reduce costs, and expedite speed to market
  • Acting as a liaison between Culinary, Production, Sales, Finance, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain teams
  • Translating bench specifications to on-floor processes for smooth rollouts of new products and equipment

  • Are able/willing to work off hours or extended time during product scale ups and travel up to 30% as needed
