As an Engineering Rotation Program Member at Woodward, you will participate in a dynamic two-year program designed to accelerate your growth as a technical and future business leader. Through three immersive 8-month rotations, you will gain hands-on experience in diverse engineering functions within Product Development Engineering, Operations Engineering, and Systems and Advanced Development.
Each rotation is structured to build both technical depth and cross-functional breadth, with assignments ranging from product design and validation to project management and advanced data analysis. Rotation Program Members can expect to relocate to one of Woodward's US sites for each rotation. Exceptional candidates will have the interest and drive to learn across the Industrial and Aerospace segments, the desire and adaptability to relocate multiple times, and the passion to develop as a future leader at Woodward.

You will engage in accredited coursework, professional skills training, and leadership development seminars, while benefiting from mentorship, regular performance reviews, and exposure to Woodward leadership. The program offers competitive compensation, relocation support, and opportunities for advanced degree attainment, preparing you to make a significant impact within Woodward's global engineering organization.
