Job description

We are seeking a experienced Sales and Event Manager to help elevate our banquet venue and catering operations. This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in hospitality, menu planning, and event service management. 

Responsibilities:

  •   Meet with potential clients, book and detail events.
  •   Develop creative food & beverage concepts tailored to weddings, banquets and special events.
  •   Review and optimize current menus, pricing and presentation.
  •   Train and guide staff on service standards and best practices.
  •   Provide insight into vendor selection, cost control and guest experience improvements.
  •   Be aware of compliance with health, safety and licensing regulations.

Qualifications:

  •     Proven experience in food & beverage consulting, banquet management and catering.
  •     Excellent communication and leadership skills. 
  •     Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. 
  •     Ability to lift trays and extended times on feet.
