About the Role:

The Food & Beverage Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of food and beverage operations within the organization, ensuring exceptional quality, service, and profitability. This position is responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans that align with company goals while maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations. The manager leads and motivates a diverse team, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes continuous improvement and customer satisfaction. They manage budgets, control costs, and analyze financial reports to optimize operational efficiency and revenue growth. Ultimately, the Food & Beverage Manager ensures that guests receive an outstanding dining experience that enhances the company’s reputation and drives business success.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in food and beverage management or a similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards, health regulations, and industry best practices.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, analyze financial data, and drive profitability.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Food Safety or ServSafe Manager Certification.
• Experience with inventory management software and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Background in managing food and beverage operations within a corporate or multi-unit environment.
• Advanced degree or specialized training in hospitality or business management.
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing marketing strategies for food and beverage services.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily food and beverage operations, including inventory management, procurement, and vendor relations to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and standards to maintain high levels of service and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages professional development and teamwork.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to monitor performance and identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost reduction.
• Collaborate with marketing and event teams to design and execute promotional activities and special events that enhance customer engagement and sales.
