Production OperatorPay: $23.00/hour | Full-Time | Eau Claire, WI

Schedule:

???? 12-hour rotating 2-2-3 schedule

  • Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
  • Shifts rotate between days and nights approximately every 8 weeks

What You'll Do
  • Operate automated manufacturing equipment according to production specifications
  • Prepare, load, and adjust machine settings for raw materials
  • Operate cutting, gluing, conveyor, vision inspection, and packaging equipment
  • Monitor and respond to PLC/HMI systems
  • Perform machine setups and product changeovers
  • Conduct routine quality inspections throughout production
  • Safely use hand tools as needed
  • Identify equipment issues and assist with troubleshooting
  • Perform basic preventive maintenance
  • Follow Lean Manufacturing principles and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience
