Job Description

Folder Gluer Operator

We are seeking an experienced Folder Gluer Operator to join a growing print and packaging production team. This role is focused on setting up and operating folder gluer equipment to support high-quality folding carton production.

Job Summary:

  • Set up and operate folder gluer equipment for folding carton and packaging projects
  • Ensure jobs are completed accurately, efficiently, and according to production specifications
  • Maintain strong quality standards while working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Work closely with the finishing and production teams to meet daily production goals

Responsibilities:

  • Set up, operate, and monitor folder gluer equipment
  • Read and follow job tickets, layouts, and production specifications
  • Perform make-ready, adjustments, and changeovers as needed
  • Inspect finished cartons for quality, accuracy, glue application, folding, and alignment
  • Troubleshoot basic equipment issues and make adjustments to maintain production flow
  • Check product throughout the run to ensure consistency and quality
  • Maintain accurate production records and report any issues to supervision
  • Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe
  • Follow all safety procedures and company quality standards
  • Work with team members across production, finishing, and quality departments

Requirements:

  • Previous folder gluer experience required
  • Folding carton or packaging experience strongly preferred
