Front of House Manager – Wyomissing, PA

Are you a passionate hospitality leader ready to take charge of a high-volume, fast-paced dining room? We’re seeking an experienced Front of House Manager in Wyomissing, PA to join an established, team-oriented restaurant group in Berks County. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on guest experience, service consistency, and developing people.


Position: Front of House Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all front-of-house operations for a busy restaurant in Wyomissing, PA, including dining room, bar, host stand, to-go, and expo
  • Hire, train, schedule, and mentor FOH staff to maintain exceptional standards of service, hospitality, and cleanliness
  • Manage liquor, beer, wine, and supply inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships to meet budgeted goals
  • Ensure compliance with all PLCB regulations, health department standards, and company SOPs
  • Partner with BOH management to drive guest satisfaction, ticket times, and seamless service flow
  • Control labor through smart scheduling, real-time floor management, and labor cost analysis
  • Execute menu rollouts, specials, and LTOs while maintaining service standards and upselling programs
  • Jump in as needed to run expo and support the greeter stand during peak periods


Qualifications

  • 3+ years of FOH management experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant or pub environment
  • Strong knowledge of POS systems, liquor inventory, labor cost controls, and P&L responsibility
  • Must be comfortable working Expo and the Greeter Stand to support the team during service
  • RAMP/PLCB certified preferred; ServSafe Certified a plus
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills with ability to coach in the moment
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Passion for guest experience, staff development, and operational excellence


Compensation Package

  • $65,000 – $75,000 annual salary based on experience
  • 100% paid benefits including medical, dental, and vision
