Position Overview

The Manager,OOHis responsible forleading the planning, execution, and management of Out-of-Home advertising campaigns while overseeing a portfolio of client accounts and supporting the development of junior team members. This role serves as a keyclientcontact and collaborates closely with internal teams, agency partners, and media vendors to deliver strategic media solutions and exceptional client service.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, experienced account leader, and strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the OOH landscape and media planning process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of OOH media strategies, plans, and recommendations that align with clientobjectives.

  • Oversee all aspects of campaign planning, buying, implementation, optimization, and post-campaign analysis.

  • Manage day-to-day client relationships, ensuringa high levelof service and proactive problem solving.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, agency partners, and media vendors to deliver integrated media solutions.

  • Monitor client budgets, spending, forecasts, and campaign performance.

  • Identifyopportunities to improve workflows, streamline processes, and increase operational efficiency.

  • Stay informed on industry trends, emerging media opportunities, and marketplace developments.

QualificationsRequired

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

  • 4-6 years of media planning, buying, account management, or related experience, preferably within OOH or a media agency environment.

  • Demonstrated experience managing client relationships and leading media campaigns.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.

  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

  • Proficiencyin Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
