APPRENTICE INSTALLER

Job Summary: The Apprentice Installer supports the successful installation of commercial flooring systems under the guidance and supervision of the Foreman Installers. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals interested in learning a skilled trade, gaining hands-on experience, and building a long-term career in the flooring industry.


Essential Functions:

Candidates should have experience assisting flooring crews in a commercial or industrial setting and be capable of:

Spreading adhesive

Surface preparation

Scraping existing materials

Material handling

Measuring and cutting materials

General installation support

Lifting heavy objects (60-70lbs) for the duration of shift

Work on feet for extended hours

Handle physically demanding tasks

Compensation Information:

Starting pay up to $23.00/hr, depending on experience
