Floaters help cover shifts, fill in for absent employees, or assist during busy periods, providing flexibility and support to various teams. These roles are common in industries like healthcare, retail, and hospitality, and require adaptability, strong communication skills, and the ability to quickly learn new tasks. Floating positions can provide valuable experience and exposure to different aspects of an organization.
