Job description

Job Summary:
Social Capital Resources is a top-tier asset manager seeking a Solutions Engineer to design and deliver scalable enterprise solutions. The role involves partnering with business stakeholders, leading system implementations, and integrating AI-powered tools to enhance platform performance.
Responsibilities:
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Lead system implementations and platform enhancements, with a focus on Salesforce
• Build workflows, dashboards, and automations to support multiple teams
• Integrate AI-powered tools to improve knowledge management, search, and automation
• Diagnose and resolve platform issues to maintain system performance
• Develop documentation, training materials, and support user adoption
Qualifications:
Required:
• 6+ years of experience in solutions engineering, technical consulting, or related roles
• 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration or development experience
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to navigate complex problems and deliver practical solutions
Preferred:
• Experience with Python, SQL, or Apex is a plus
• Familiarity with LLM tools such as ChatGPT or similar technologies
