Thank you for your interest in the Community Bible Church 2-Year Ministry Residency! Here's a brief job description:

MINISTRY DEVELOPMENT (15 hours):

  • Seminary Classes (10 hours)
  • Cohort Experiences (2.5 hours)
  • Admin/Support Raising (2.5 hours)
GENERAL MINISTRY EXPERIENCES (10 hours):
  • Serving Opportunities - Sunday Service, Special Event Coordination (4 hours)
  • Ministry Events - All Staff Meetings, Prayer Meetings, Worship Nights, Outreach Events (3 hours)
  • Personal Ministry Expectations - Community Group, Evangelism, Disciple-making (3 hours)
MINISTRY SPECIFIC EXPERIENCES (15 hours)
  • Determined by the Ministry Leader
