Your Day-to-Day as the Floating General Manager: As the Floating General Manager, you’ll take charge of operations across your assigned locations, building strong connections with hourly team members, corporate staff, and guests alike. You’ll also make sure every dish meets our high standards — following recipes, plating, garnishes, and serving food hot and fresh, all within the right time frame.
