Join Our Team as a Floating Caregiver!
We're looking for dedicated, compassionate, and reliable Floating Caregivers to join our team at Innovative Care Services! As a Floating Caregiver, you will provide essential assistance to individuals with disabilities at various residential homes throughout the Green Bay and Fox Valley areas. If you're ready to make a real difference, we want to hear from you!
Position: Caregiver
Location: Community-Based Residential Facility (CBRF) or Adult Family Home (AFH), Green Bay and Appleton. Must be available to travel between Green Bay and Appleton area's.
Shifts Available: Full-time
Compensation: $19.00- $20.00 per hour
Shift Times: Candidates must have the availability to work 2 out of the 3 shifts below and have flexibility with their scheduling. This is a perfect role for an experienced caregiver.
  • 1st Shift - 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM
  • 2nd Shift - 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM
  • 3rd Shift - 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM

What You'll Do:
  • Support Daily Activities: Plan and engage in leisure activities with clients to ensure enjoyable experiences and accompany them to appointments or outings.
  • Provide Compassionate Care: Assist individuals with disabilities in their daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and toileting.
  • Household Assistance: Assist with meal preparation, grocery shopping, cleaning, and laundry duties to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Medication Support: Administer prescribed medications and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Collaborative Teamwork: Work as part of a 24/7 care team to support clients with their needs and well-being.
