The primary objective of this role is to optimize cross-functional workflows, establish strict data governance, and validate white-glove process improvements before handing them over to our core engineering team for enterprise-level scaling. Job Responsibilities:
  • Stakeholder Partnership: Build and maintain deep, ongoing relationships with operational leaders and end-users across Sales Ops, Field Ops, Sales, Finance, etc. Communicate frequently and proactively to surface emerging needs, validate in-flight work, and keep solutions tightly coupled to the realities of the teams using them.

  • Data Governance & Integrity: Establish rigorous data architecture standards. Define field ownership, implement verification routines, and design exception reporting to prevent data drift and ensure leadership has access to a highly accurate source of truth.
  • Technical Handoff & Documentation: Translate validated operational requirements into comprehensive technical documentation. Provide clear context, edge cases, and precise acceptance criteria to facilitate a seamless handoff to software developers for production hardening.
  • System Rollout & Adoption: Drive system adoption by facilitating targeted training sessions, developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and educating internal stakeholders on best practices for utilizing new technologies and AI tools.
  • ROI Tracking & Analytics: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to quantify the financial and operational impact of deployed solutions, including metrics such as resource hours saved, error reduction rates, and overall payroll efficiency.
Required Qualifications: Education Requirements:
    • Must be at least 18 years of age.
    • High school diploma or equivalent, or Technical/trade school.
Required Skills:
    • 3+ years of experience in Product Management, Solutions Architecture, Business Analysis, or a related role focused on bridging the gap between business end-users and software development teams.
    • Demonstrated track record of rapidly building and deploying functional prototypes under tight turnaround times.
    • Strong working knowledge of systems architecture, APIs, relational databases, workflow automation, and AI integrations.
    • Capable of independently building functional prototypes. (Note: Advanced software engineering/coding is not required, but technical architecture comprehension is mandatory).
    • Demonstrated ability to conceptualize complex or unstructured business processes and translate them into logical, scalable data structures and standardized workflows.
    • Exceptional communication skills with the executive presence necessary to conduct requirements gathering.
    • Deep understanding of data governance, data integrity standards, and enterprise reporting methodologies.
