Horseshoe Bay Resort | Private Jet Center

Position Overview

Horseshoe Bay Resort is seeking a highly professional and service-focused Jet Center Concierge to serve as the primary point of contact for private pilots, aircraft passengers, resort members, and guests arriving through our full-service Private Jet Center. Located at one of the premier private aviation facilities in the Texas Hill Country, the Jet Center features a 6,000-foot lighted runway, full-service terminal, aircraft parking, fueling services, and pilot amenities

This position is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while coordinating daily Fixed Base Operator (FBO) and front desk operations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced hospitality and aviation environment, demonstrates strong attention to detail, and is committed to providing world-class service that reflects the luxury standards of Horseshoe Bay Resort.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Guest & Member Services

  • Welcome and assist private pilots, aircraft passengers, resort guests, and members with a professional and hospitable approach.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for all Jet Center visitors, both in person and over the phone.
  • Coordinate transportation, resort reservations, guest requests, and special accommodations.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while proactively resolving guest concerns and service issues.

Flight & Aviation Coordination

  • Schedule and track aircraft arrivals and departures using aviation scheduling software.
  • Monitor aviation communication systems, including email, radios, and flight notifications.
  • Coordinate with pilots, crew members, and ground service providers to ensure efficient operations.
  • Support transient and based aircraft operations, including parking assignments and service coordination.

FBO Operations Support

  • Process fuel sales, service tickets, invoices, and payment transactions accurately.
  • Assist with fuel inventory tracking, reconciliation, and reporting.
  • Coordinate aircraft services including fueling, lavatory servicing, ground power needs, hangar space inquiries, and ramp services.
  • Maintain accurate operational records and documentation.

Resort & Guest Experience Coordination

  • Partner with Front Office, Valet, Transportation, Security, and other resort departments to ensure seamless guest arrivals and departures.
  • Promote resort amenities, activities, dining outlets, golf experiences, and special events.
  • Assist guests transitioning between the Jet Center and the resort experience.

Safety & Compliance

  • Complete all required FAA, FBO, resort, and safety training programs.
  • Adhere to all Jet Center operating procedures, aviation safety practices, and company policies.
  • Maintain awareness of ramp safety, guest security, and operational compliance standards.

Facility Standards

  • Ensure the Jet Center lobby, reception area, pilot lounge, conference room, and guest-facing spaces remain clean, organized, and professional.
  • Monitor supply levels and report maintenance or facility concerns promptly.
  • Uphold luxury hospitality standards at all times.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Previous customer service, hospitality, aviation, hotel, or concierge experience preferred.
  • Experience in FBO, airport, aviation, resort, or luxury service environments is highly desirable.
  • Professional appearance and adherence to grooming and uniform standards required.
