Job description

Eva's Bridal International is seeking a confident, energetic, and fashion-forward Bridal Stylist to join our luxury bridal team. This is not a traditional retail role—this is a fast-paced luxury sales position working one-on-one with brides, and Mother of the Wedding, through private, appointment-only experiences.

As a Bridal Stylist, you will play a key role in guiding brides through one of the most important purchases of their lives. You must be comfortable leading appointments with full confidence in your product knowledge, being vocal and engaging, and selling luxury gowns and accessories in a high-end environment. You will receive one-on-one training and product knowledge sessions to ensure you are fully prepared to guide brides with trust and ease.

This is a paid position with base pay plus commission.

Schedule & Availability (Required)
Weekends required: Saturdays and Sundays
Weeknights required: Availability after 5:00 PM
Flexible availability is a must (appointments vary)

Responsibilities
Greet brides warmly and deliver an elevated, personalized styling experience
Lead private bridal appointments from start to finish with confidence and enthusiasm
Assist brides in selecting wedding gowns, veils, accessories, and complete looks
Educate clients on fit, fabric, construction, and design details
Drive sales by confidently recommending gowns and upselling accessories
Maintain showroom standards including cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal
Manage inventory, merchandising displays, and sample organization
Process sales accurately using POS systems
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and provide clear, professional communication
Collaborate with the team to meet sales goals and deliver exceptional service


Skills & Qualifications
Previous sales experience required (bridal, fashion, or luxury retail preferred)
Strong communication and active listening skills
Comfortable upselling and closing sales
Excellent phone and computer etiquette, as well as customer service skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
Supervisory or leadership experience is a plus
Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply
