This position operates in a fully remote setting, utilizing telehealth technology to conduct counseling sessions and engage with clients across various platforms. • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the mental health needs of clients, developing tailored treatment plans based on individual requirements.
• Maintain regular communication with multidisciplinary team members, family members, and other stakeholders to share updates on client progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
• Provide supervisors with a detailed schedule of appointments, homework assignments, and observation sessions to effectively track client engagement and outcomes.
• Perform home visits when required, ensuring that in-home observations, data reviews, and staff interviews are completed to enhance program effectiveness.
• Facilitate the implementation of treatment plans, ensuring that interventions are carried out according to best practices and ethical standards.
• Participate actively in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss case progress and collaborate on strategies to optimize client care.
• Document progress through monthly and quarterly notes, ensuring compliance with legal standards and facilitating continuity of care.
• Organize training sessions for staff to guarantee complete understanding and competency in the program plans and documentation protocols.
• Offer ongoing support through follow-up interviews and resources to ensure sustained client engagement and success.
• Act as a liaison between our clinic and the broader mental health community to foster relationships that enhance client services and resources.

You will have the opportunity to work with a varied population, emphasizing support for both adults and youth dealing with various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use issues. • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is essential.
• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Colorado is required.
• A minimum of two years of experience in a counseling role, preferably within a clinical or telehealth context.
• Demonstrated expertise in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or addiction is strongly preferred.
• Thorough understanding of legal and ethical guidelines governing mental health practices.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to establish rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team, ensuring continuity of care and client advocacy.
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems and telehealth technologies is necessary for efficient service delivery.

• Prior experience in a telehealth counseling capacity is advantageous.
• Proficiency in working with diverse populations, including various age groups and socioeconomic backgrounds.
• Expertise in integrating behavioral health interventions with primary care services is a bonus.
