Job Summary:
A clinically competent, registered, professional nurse who assumes responsibility and accountability for a group of patients/residents through the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation and evaluation. Effectively interacts with patients/residents, family members, responsible party and other health team members, while maintaining standards of professional nursing. The RN plans, supervises and evaluates care of each patient/resident. The RN ensures that the status of the patient/resident condition is effectively communicated to the physician.

$40.00 – $44.48 per hour dependent on experience

Weekend Warrior Program – choose one of the following 3 levels:

Select Level: base hourly wage PLUS $5.00/hour (every other weekend)

Pro Level: base hourly wage PLUS $7.00/hour (3 weekends per month)

Elite Level: base hourly wage PLUS $10.00/hour (4 consecutive weekends; 5th weekend off)

PLUS shift differentials - $2.00 per hour PM shift and $2.50 per hour NOC shift

Key Responsibilities:

Provide safe, effective nursing care per care plans and physician orders

Administer medications and treatments accurately

Assess residents and report changes promptly

Document care in the EMR

Supervise and mentor LPNs and CNAs

Ensure infection control and safety compliance

Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
