Position: Outreach & Admissions Coordinator (Part-Time or Full-Time)

Pay: $10–$12/hour + commission

We are seeking a reliable and professional Outreach Coordinator to help fill available beds and bring in new clients for our care services.

This role requires strong communication skills, consistent follow-up, and the ability to confidently work on a computer while managing calls and lead information.

Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls to hospitals, rehab centers, social workers, and community contacts
  • Follow up with families and referral sources in a timely and professional manner
  • Schedule tours and assist with movein coordination
  • Enter and track leads, notes, and followups using a computer system
  • Maintain organized daily activity and communication records
  • Compensation:
  • Hourly pay: $10$12/hour
  • $150 per resident movein
  • Performance bonuses available based on results
  • Requirements:
  • Comfortable making 60100 calls per day
  • Strong verbal communication skills with a professional phone presence
  • Basic computer proficiency (typing, data entry, email, navigating systems)
  • Organized and able to manage multiple followups
  • Dependable and consistent
