Job description

Join a team of dedicated professionals committed to delivering expert tree care solutions and outstanding customer service. As a Sales Arborist, you will be instrumental in driving business growth by building strong client relationships, conducting thorough site assessments, and providing tailored recommendations for tree care services. This role is ideal for individuals who combine technical arboriculture expertise with a proactive approach to sales and business development. Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, serving as their primary contact for all tree care needs.
  • Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outreach, networking, and community involvement.
  • Site Assessments: Conduct comprehensive on-site evaluations to diagnose tree health, identify care needs, and recommend appropriate services.
  • Proposal Creation: Develop and present customized proposals and bids that address client requirements and project specifications.
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth execution of tree care projects, meeting client expectations and timelines.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and project progress within the company’s CRM system.
  • Upselling Services: Recommend additional tree care services to enhance client satisfaction and maximize revenue opportunities.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Arboriculture, Forestry, Horticulture, or a related field highly preferred
  • ISA Certified Arborist certification required, or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire
  • Proven success in sales within the tree or landscape industry
  • Strong knowledge of arboriculture practices, tree care techniques, and tree species
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
