This role typically includes overseeing recruitment, employee relations, payroll, benefits, and compliance, but allows for work to be done from any location and often on a schedule that suits both the company and the manager. Flex time arrangements can increase job satisfaction and productivity, making this an attractive option for both employers and HR professionals.
