Responsibilities also include the development of self-guided training modules and ongoing maintenance of the training content library, ensuring that materials remain accurate, organized, and aligned with the needs of the Sales organization.

The Supervisor leads a team of specialists with technical expertise, making data-driven and timely decisions that keep the team moving forward. Success in this role requires the ability to develop team members through delegation and coaching, drive accountability through clear expectations and consistent follow-through, and maintain a forward-looking perspective on how technology and training can drive results.

Do you thrive as part of a collaborative, caring team? Then this role may be the perfect fit.

What You Will Do at Cambia:

  • Oversee the sales enablement platform, ensuring that Sales teams have access to current, accurate, and effective content and resources.

  • Oversee the development and maintenance of self-guided training modules and the training content library, ensuring materials remain organized and aligned with Sales needs.

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of technical specialists through delegation, clear expectations, and regular feedback.
