As a Physical Therapist with Flex Staff Physical Therapy, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations of patients to identify their unique needs and developing tailored treatment plans.
• Implementing and adjusting treatment strategies based on patient progress and feedback, while strictly adhering to established professional standards and regulatory requirements.
• Documenting treatment interventions accurately and thoroughly within electronic health records, ensuring compliance with legal standards and maintaining effective communication with team members.
• Providing essential guidance and support to patients and their families through all stages of recovery, facilitating education regarding treatment plans and self-management strategies.
• Collaborating with healthcare providers and multidisciplinary teams to enhance the overall continuum of care, thus optimizing treatment outcomes.
• Actively participating in community outreach and marketing initiatives to promote health awareness and expand service reach.
• Maintaining an environment that prioritizes safety, ethical practice, and respect for all patients, regardless of their background.
• Supervising and mentoring support staff, fostering an atmosphere of teamwork and professional growth.

You will work with a diverse range of patients, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, neurological conditions, and sports-related injuries. To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid state licensure in Physical Therapy.

• Proficiency in electronic health record systems and general computer skills.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
