• Evaluate patients with functional limitations and disabilities to develop tailored treatment plans that address their unique needs.
• Perform thorough assessments, incorporating patient history and current conditions to guide treatment decisions.
• Implement and adjust treatment protocols as necessary, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and professional documentation standards.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, expected outcomes, and self-management strategies to foster engagement and commitment to recovery.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team—including physicians and other healthcare providers—to coordinate patient care and optimize treatment for successful outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation of treatment protocols, progress notes, and billing charges for services rendered.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and community outreach programs to enhance local health services and accessibility.
• Supervise and mentor assigned support staff to ensure effective delivery of patient care.
• Stay updated with continuing education and attend in-service training for ongoing professional enhancement.
• Actively engage in departmental meetings to contribute insights regarding program development and operational improvement.

As a Physical Therapist at our facility, you will work with a varied patient population, including individuals recovering from surgery, veterans, athletes, and older adults dealing with chronic conditions. Each patient is unique, and you will have the opportunity to employ diverse therapeutic techniques to facilitate their recovery, knowing that your expertise directly contributes to their quality of life.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure in Physical Therapy, ensuring compliance with Florida regulations.
• Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and team members.
• Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR) systems and computer applications relevant to therapy management.
• Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment, promoting a culture of mutual respect and support.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting, primarily focused on rehabilitation and outpatient therapy.
• Experience in the development and implementation of evidence-based treatment plans.
• Background in assisting with leadership tasks, including mentorship and community outreach.

Flex Staff Physical Therapy offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 – 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
