We are seeking a high-energy Territory Sales Manager who embodies our mission: to deliver unmatched service quality, build lasting customer relationships, and power the productivity of fleets across our markets.
As our Territory Sales Manager, you'll be the face of our full-service offering in your assigned region. You'll own the customer journey from introduction to long-term partnership, bringing real solutions to the challenges fleet managers, owner-operators, and transportation leaders face every day.
Requirements
What You'll Do:
  • Drive business growth by prospecting and closing new service accounts and engaging with Penn's existing client base to support their ongoing service needs
  • Represent our brand and OEM partners at the ground level-consulting with customers on their needs, demonstrating our capabilities, and delivering confident solutions
  • Promote Penn's comprehensive set of service offerings such as preventive maintenance and inspections, diagnostics and Mobile repair, emergency repair, fleet management solutions and Service Center based maintenance and repair
  • Manage your territory strategically, using data insights and customer feedback
  • Collaborate across teams, including general managers, service technicians, operations, and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction and service quality
  • Track and report on pipeline activity using our CRM tools

What you Bring:
  • A track record of exceeding sales targets and driving consistent revenue growth in B2B environments - ideally within trucking, fleet services, automotive, or heavy equipment industries.
  • Familiarity with diesel equipment, truck components, truck systems, repair cycles, truck services, fleet operations and maintenance services are a strong plus
  • High-performance mindset - competitive, driven, and motivated by results.
  • Strong business acumen with a consultative approach to uncovering customer needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Resilience and adaptability, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
  • A self-starter mentality with exceptional discipline, follow-through, and time management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills - a natural relationship-builder who earns trust quickly and maintains it over the long term.
