What You'll Bring

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in environmental, sustainability, health & safety science, engineering, or a related discipline.

  • 6+ years of EHS experience in consulting or industry, with exposure in Canada and ideally international contexts

  • Demonstrated experience assessing EHS management systems within highhazard sectors, including mining, oil & gas, petrochemicals, pulp & paper, and power generation

  • Strong working knowledge of Canadian EHS regulatory requirements

  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage senior leaders, operational teams, and external stakeholders

  • Proven ability to independently manage complex projects while collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams

  • Willingness to travel up to 40%

  • Driver's License Required: This position requires a valid driver's license and/or the ability tooperatea company vehicle due to the nature of job duties, which include frequent travel to various client locations across a large geographical area.

Preferred

  • Master's degree in environmental, sustainability, or a related field

  • 12+ years of EHS experience with global project exposure

  • Professional certifications such as EP (EMS LA), EP (CEA), CSRP, P.Eng., or similar credentials

  • Support international standards and initiatives, including ICMM, CopperMark, Cyanide Code, and TSM, particularly within the mining sector

  • Deliver training sessions, infield coaching, and impactful presentations for client teams and leadership groups

  • Build and maintain longterm client relationships, contributing to repeat engagements and strategic partnerships

For thePrincipal Consultant, Auditor - EHS Regulatory Compliance & Management Systems position, theanticipatedannual base pay is$129,521-$158,372(CAD). Actual pay will depend on factors such as education, experience, skills, location, performance, and business needs. In some cases, pay may fall outside this range. This role may be eligible for bonus pay (casual and fixed term/flex force employees arenot bonuseligible).
