Job description

Overnight Operations Supervisor

Restaurant Cleaning Division | Greater Austin Area

$17/hour + Advancement Opportunities + Company Vehicle use on shift

Build Something That Doesn't Exist Yet

Most cleaning companies are built around one thing: getting in and out as cheaply as possible.

We're building something different.

For more than 50 years, our systems, proprietary cleaning products, and restaurant-specific techniques have been trusted by some of New York City's finest restaurants. Now we're bringing that same standard to Texas, and we're looking for our first Operations Supervisor to help us build the premier restaurant cleaning company in Austin.

This isn't just another supervisory position.

You'll work directly with ownership, help shape our culture, build a great team, and have a real voice in how the company grows. If you take pride in quality, leadership, and doing things the right way, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

As our Overnight Operations Supervisor, you'll be responsible for leading crews that clean restaurants after they close. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll lead by example while ensuring every job meets our standards.

Daily Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise overnight cleaning crews
  • Train, coach, and develop employees
  • Perform hands-on cleaning alongside your team
  • Inspect completed work and maintain quality standards
  • Ensure restaurants are cleaned safely, efficiently, and consistently
  • Create and adjust employee schedules
  • Manage supplies, equipment, and inventory
  • Assist with interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new employees
  • Complete nightly reports and communicate with ownership

What We're Looking For:

Required Qualifications

  • Valid Texas Driver's License with clean driving record
  • 5+ years of commercial cleaning experience
  • 3+ years of supervisory or management experience
  • Experience stripping and waxing commercial floors
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical work throughout overnight shifts
  • Comfortable using smartphones, email, and basic computer software
  • Fluent in English AND Spanish

Bonus Experience

  • Restaurant cleaning
  • Carpet extraction
  • Auto scrubbers and floor machines
  • Stainless steel restoration
  • Inventory management
  • Customer service
  • Crew scheduling
  • Safety training

Who Thrives Here

We're looking for someone who naturally takes ownership.

Someone who notices the little things.

Someone who refuses to walk past a problem without fixing it.

You'll probably fit in well if you:

  • Lead with respect instead of intimidation
  • Hold yourself to high standards
  • Care about producing exceptional work
  • Stay calm under pressure
  • Enjoy teaching others
  • Show up consistently
  • Are organized and dependable
  • Believe every job should be better than the last

Why Join Cleanest Restaurant Group?

We're not trying to become the biggest cleaning company.

We're trying to become the best.

When restaurants hire us, they're trusting us with one of the most important parts of their business. We take that responsibility seriously.

Here's what you'll find working with us:

  • Opportunity to become one of the company's founding leaders
  • Direct access to owners and real influence over company decisions
  • Clear path toward Operations Manager and future leadership positions
  • Competitive pay with room for growth
  • Consistent overnight schedule
  • Modern equipment and professional-grade tools
  • Proprietary cleaning products developed specifically for restaurant environments
  • Structured systems and processes—not chaos
  • A company that values quality over rushing through jobs
  • The chance to build a reputation you'll be proud of

Schedule

  • Overnight shifts
  • Weekend availability required
  • Part-Time transitioning to Full-Time
  • Occasional overtime available

Pay & Benefits

  • $17/hour
  • Performance-based raises
  • Leadership advancement opportunities
  • Company vehicle use during shift
  • Paid training
  • Uniform provided
  • Opportunity to help build one of Austin's fastest-growing specialty cleaning companies

About Cleanest Restaurant Group

Cleanest Restaurant Group specializes exclusively in restaurants, bars, commercial kitchens, and hospitality facilities.

Unlike general cleaning companies, we've spent decades perfecting restaurant-specific cleaning systems. Our proprietary chemicals, specialized equipment, and proven techniques allow us to deliver results most companies simply can't match.

We don't believe restaurant owners should have to choose between exceptional quality and fair pricing.

Our mission is simple:

Deliver the highest-quality restaurant cleaning service in Texas while building a company where great people are proud to work.

Apply If...

You want more than just another job.

You want to help build something exceptional.

You take pride in your work, enjoy leading people, and want to grow alongside a company that's just getting started.

If that sounds like you, we'd love to talk.

Company Description

At Cleanest Restaurant Group, we believe the restaurant industry deserves better.

For too long, restaurants have had to choose between asking exhausted kitchen staff to clean after a long shift or hiring cleaning companies that overpromise and underdeliver. We don't believe either option is acceptable.

Our mission is to change the way restaurants are cleaned by providing specialized overnight cleaning performed by trained professionals who take pride in their work. We focus exclusively on restaurants because we believe they deserve a higher standard of cleanliness, consistency, and care.

We're building a team of people who believe in doing things the right way—not the easy way. If you're dependable, take pride in your work, and want to be part of a company that's raising the standard for an entire industry, we'd love to have you on our team.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for team members who want more than just a paycheck. We're looking for people who believe in our vision and want to help redefine what restaurant cleaning should look like.
