Job Title
Relationship Manager - Hosted Network Services
This role in the Fiserv Debit Network group, is the face of the business for both existing and new clients. Your responsibilities include maintaining high levels of customer engagement, understanding and tracking all contractual commitments, communicating the value of the comprehensive Fiserv debit network solution, and managing SOWs and other professional services requests.
What you will do:
  • Develop and enhance client relationships with key clients
  • Collaborate with various teams to drive business growth and ensure anticipated contractual benefits
  • Share market insights with key clients and act as the escalation path for issue resolution
  • Generate and analyze business review data on a regular basis
  • Mange SOWs and other professional services requests
  • Submit and manage project requests to ensure completion within defined SLAs
  • Complete quarterly business reviews
  • Lead weekly conversations including all business and operational

What You Will Need To Have:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of experience in managing large accounts
  • 3+ years of experience developing and maintaining client relationships
  • Strong financial and data analysis skills
  • Ability to travel up to 20%

What Would Be Great To Have:
  • Advanced degree or additional certifications in relevant fields
  • Experience in the debit payments industry

How you'll work:
  • This role is on-site Monday through Friday from our office in Alpharetta, GA. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
  • This role requires use of a computer and audio equipment.
